About the Temporary Mock API

Temporary Mock API helps frontend and integration work continue before a real backend is ready. Configure a static response and receive an endpoint that accepts common HTTP methods.

Endpoints expire after 24 hours. They only return the response you configured and cannot proxy, fetch or replay requests to another server.

Key features

  • Custom status from 200 through 599
  • JSON, text or other explicit content types
  • Safe custom response headers
  • Optional delay up to two seconds
  • 24-hour automatic expiration
  • No external mock-API provider

How to use

  1. 1Choose the response status, content type, delay, safe headers and body.
  2. 2Create the endpoint and copy its private management details from this browser tab.
  3. 3Call it from your app or cURL, then delete it when testing is finished.
