About the Create Fillable PDF Form

Create Fillable PDF Form adds interactive AcroForm controls to an existing PDF. Text fields, multiline fields, checkboxes, and dropdowns can be placed by dragging on a selected page preview.

Each field has a unique name and can be configured with properties appropriate to its type, such as required status, default value, font size, checkbox state, or dropdown options. Fields can be moved and resized before saving.

The tool does not perform automatic form recognition or convert printed lines into fields. It creates standard interactive controls, but viewer behavior and appearance can vary, so test the output in the PDF application used by recipients.

Which field types are supported?
Single-line text, multiline text, checkbox, and dropdown controls.

No. AcroForm appearance and validation support can vary, so test the recipient's viewer.
Can existing forms be edited?
This workflow is for adding new controls; it is not a full existing-field schema editor.
